As of November 23, 2021, Power Sport Services announced that the 2022 Calgary and Vancouver Motorcycle Shows will not run as originally planned. The shows, previously scheduled for January 7-9 in Calgary and January 21-23 in Vancouver will now be postponed until 2023.

The press release from Power Sport Services says, “The powersports industry, like many other sectors, has been significantly impacted by the pandemic, with interruptions to the global supply chain, affecting availability of raw materials, production on assembling lines, inventory levels and delivery timelines. Despite the industry’s best intentions and efforts to produce a national show tour this year, these challenges have made it extremely difficult for the majority of manufacturers to participate in a 4-city national Motorcycle Show tour in 2022. As a result, the Board of Directors of Power Sport Services has made the difficult decision to only proceed with the Toronto Motorcycle Show and the Montreal Motorcycle Show in 2022.”

These issues along with the recent devastation near Vancouver have likely played a large role in the decision to once again postpone these shows.

On the plus side, the Toronto Motorcycle Show (February 18-20, 2022) and the Montreal Motorcycle Show (February 25-27, 2022) are still set to run. For more information, please visit the Motorcycle Shows website at www.motorcycleshows.ca
